Amperand provides the monthly AI-visibility service described in your Order (plan, lane, zones, publishing route): an initial and quarterly audit; service-area pages, project write-ups and answers written for you; publishing by the route you chose; Google Business Profile optimisation and weekly posts; review-reply drafts; directory consistency work; weekly measurement across the AI engines we track; and a monthly one-page report with an optional 20-minute call.
Accurate information about your business; a Manager role on your Google Business Profile; photographs you have the right to use; review of drafts within 5 working days (silence after a reminder counts as approval); and prompt notice of any change in trading name, address, accreditations or zones.
The service is sold by zone: a fixed group of postcode districts listed in your Order. While you are paying for a zone, we will not provide the service in that zone to another business in the same lane. We may serve other lanes in the same zone and any lane in other zones.
AI tools and search engines decide what they show. We do not guarantee that you will be named, ranked or cited, or any number of enquiries. Our obligation is to do the work in clause 1 with reasonable skill and care and to report the measurements accurately.
Per zone per month, excluding VAT, in advance, by Direct Debit (no additional charge) or business card (the provider's actual fee added and itemised; no charge on a personal card). Rolling monthly. 30 days' notice to end. Full wording in the signed agreement.
On payment, copyright in content delivered that month passes to you. We keep the right to reuse our methods, templates, question banks and anonymised measurements.
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for loss of profit or for the actions of search engines, AI providers or directories. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
