How it works

We do the work. You approve it. Here's the month, week by week.

Most of the work is done by software we've built, checked by a person before anything goes out in your name. Your part is about an hour a month.

1

Measure

We ask ChatGPT, Google's AI, Gemini and Perplexity the 40 questions your customers ask about your trade in your zone: who to use, what it costs, is my roof suitable. We record who gets named, and how often, against the competitors you care about. That's your audit, and it's free.

2

Fix the foundations

Your Google Business Profile completed, categorised and posted to weekly; review replies drafted for your approval. Every listing you have (MCS, Checkatrade, TrustMark, NICEIC, the directories) corrected so they say the same name, address, towns and accreditations. The AI reads all of these.

3

Write and publish

Four to six pages and eight to twelve answers a month: one page per town you serve, a write-up of each job you're proud of, and plain answers to the questions buyers ask (cost per kW, grants, planning, what happens on install day). Built from facts only you have, in your voice. You approve each one; we publish it.

4

Report

Every week we re-run the 40 questions. Once a month you get one page: where you were named, where you weren't, what moved, what's next. Twenty minutes on the phone if you want it.

The first 90 days

WeeksWe doYou do
1–2Onboarding call. Audit delivered. Google Business Profile and listings fixed. First area pages and project write-ups drafted.A 20-minute call. Send 10 photos of jobs. Approve drafts.
3–8Publish 5 pages and 10 answers a month by the route you chose. Draft a reply to every review. Weekly posts on your Google profile.Approve, or say what to change. Send photos as jobs finish.
9–12Re-run the 40 questions weekly. First full monthly report: where you're now named, where you still aren't, what's next.Read one page a month.

After 90 days it carries on the same way, month by month, rolling, with 30 days' notice either way.

What makes a page worth citing

Specifics. The school roof you did in Brecon, the kW, the panel brand, the council's words. The cost per kW you actually charge in your county. Your MCS number on the page. A generic "we install solar" page is what everyone else has; the AI tools skip it. That's why we ask for photos and facts, and why we don't publish a page without them.

What we never do

Promise rankings or leads. Publish anything you haven't approved. Mass-produce pages. Touch your plugins, code or customer data. Keep a login after you leave. Work for your competitor in your zone. Ever.
